Pleasures in Kent

Pleasures in Kent is a private adults-only venue in a detached house surrounded by fields and woodland on Red Hill in Wateringbury, near Maidstone. Founded in 2005 and now run by a husband-and-wife team, it has 14 themed play areas, including a dungeon, open spaces and private rooms, as well as a bar with a dance area, a lounge, a covered outdoor smoking area and private parking. The club opens every Friday and Saturday night. On Fridays it welcomes male–female couples, single women, who get in free that night, and single men, who must phone ahead to register. Saturdays are for male–female couples and single women only. Themed parties run every month and are either guest-list or ticket-only, with tickets sold only at the club. Every guest must be at least 25. The venue does not sell alcohol, but guests may bring their own, which staff store and serve.
