SwingRoad Child Safety Standards

Adults only (18+)

• •Only people aged 18 and over may register for and use SwingRoad.
• •Every visitor confirms they are 18 or older when entering the site. Registration requires an age of 18 or more and a separate 18+ confirmation.
• •Photos may show adults only: everyone in a photo must be 18 or older (community rules).

Zero tolerance for CSAE

The following is strictly prohibited on SwingRoad:

• ✕child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including drawn, edited or AI-generated images
• ✕any sexualisation of minors — in photos, profiles, messages, stories or usernames
• ✕grooming: contacting, persuading or meeting a minor for sexual purposes
• ✕sextortion, trafficking or any other exploitation of minors
• ✕profiles that belong to a minor, pretend to be a minor, or offer contact with a minor

How to report

If a child is in immediate danger, call the police right away: 100 in Israel, 112 in the European Union.

• •On a member’s profile, press “Report” and choose a reason.
• •In a conversation, open the member’s profile from the chat and press “Report” there. You can also block the member from the conversation menu.
• •To give details, or if you saw something outside a profile, write to us at support@swingroad.co.il (subject “Child safety”) or send the contact form with the topic “Report a profile”. You do not need an account for this.

Please do not send us, download or share the material itself — tell us where you saw it (a link to the profile, the date and time).

What we do

• •Reports go to our moderation team.
• •We remove the content and block the profile. The profile of anyone under 18 is removed as soon as we become aware of it.
• •We report child sexual abuse material and the exploitation of minors to the competent law enforcement authorities, as required by law, and cooperate with their requests.
• •We comply with the child protection laws that apply to us in Israel and in the European Union.
