1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SwingRoad platform ("Platform", "Service", or "we") accessible at swingroad.co.uk and all associated subdomains.

1.2 By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.

2.1 SwingRoad is an online platform for adults that enables registered users to:

3.1 By registering, you confirm that:

5.1 You retain all intellectual property rights in content you upload (text, images, videos).

5.2 By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, display, store, and process that content in connection with the Service.

5.3 You are solely responsible for all content you upload and warrant that you have all necessary rights to such content.

5.4 We reserve the right to remove any content without notice that violates these Terms, applicable law, or community standards.

6.1 Paid Services

In addition to free basic membership, SwingRoad offers paid premium features. Current prices are displayed on the Platform and include VAT where applicable.

6.2 Contract Formation

A contract for paid services is formed when you select a subscription and confirm payment.

6.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through our payment service provider. We do not store credit card details.

6.4 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew for the selected period unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before renewal.

6.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices. Price changes apply only to new subscriptions or renewals after the change date.

7.1 How to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email to support@swingroad.co.uk).

7.2 Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.

8.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

• •Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law

9.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@swingroad.co.uk.

9.2 Termination/Suspension by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• •Repeated complaints from other users

9.3 Effects of Termination

11.1 All Platform content (design, logos, text, software, graphics) is protected by intellectual property rights and owned by us or our licensors.

12.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

12.2 Material changes will be notified via email or Platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect.

12.3 Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
