About
Swingathon is a long-weekend camping festival in the East Midlands for adults who already live the swinging lifestyle. The organisers stress that it is an alternative lifestyle event rather than a sex festival, and it welcomes the LGBTQ+ and kink communities. The next edition runs from Thursday 15 to Sunday 18 July 2027. A ticket covers entry and a pitch for a tent, van or caravan; showers are included, while electric hook-up and furnished bell tents for glamping are booked separately. On site there are food and drink stalls, several marquees with bands, DJs, dancers and comedy, an information point, and first aid and security around the clock. Tickets are sold for singles and couples, but every booking is checked: buyers must show they are active in the lifestyle, and couple tickets are for genuine couples only.
